Return / Shipping Policy

The PLUSH HOME online store features products from around the world carefully that were thoughtfully curated by Nina Petronzio. We proudly stand behind these products, but in the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund your purchase under the following terms:

ELIGIBLE ITEMS FOR RETURN. Returns accepted on defective or damaged merchandise. However per our vendor agreements, some items may require a 25% restocking fee (plus all shipping fees incurred). In these cases, your product refund will be processed at the time of receipt of the return. Note that for some vendor items and "final sale/sample sale" items there are no returns or exchanges offered. Please refer to the Shipping & Returns tab on each product page for information on return eligibility for that particular item.

RETURN SHIPPING. Return your item within 30 days of receipt (unless otherwise noted) in its original packaging and condition - just email your return request to info@plushhome.com with your order number and the reason for your return and our Customer Relations Department will contact you within 1-2 business days about processing your return. Refunds are issued in the original payment form and price, not including shipping and handling, re-stocking fees, gift-wrap and return shipping charges. Standard shipping charges will apply for all "free shipped" non-defective items.For some items, a modified shipping policy applies. We are currently offering free shipping for all items. If for some reason you would like to return an item that had free shipping, the total refunded amount will equal the item price minus a 10% deduction for shipping return costs.

RECEIVING THE INCORRECT ITEM. If for any reason your item does not arrive with the specifications that you selected when ordering, contact us immediately. At our discretion, we'll replace or reship item(s) at no additional charge.

DAMAGE/DEFECTIVE ITEMS. Upon receipt, please inspect your items carefully for any damage or defects that may have occurred in transit and contact us immediately. Claims against damaged items must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item. Claims made after 48 hours cannot be accepted. Inspect your delivered item before you sign to ensure there's been no freight damage. If there is, the manufacturer will take care of it at their expense.

LEAD TIMES AND DELIVERY. Plush Home is committed to assuring a smooth and prompt delivery of your items. However, there are circumstances out of our control that could result in delays in production or delivery of your items.

DELIVERY. Please refer to the product page under the Shipping & Returns tab to see what types of shipping is offered for that particular item. Our typical standard freight is delivers to your driveway in 2-3 weeks. Please inquire for “white glove” or expedited delivery services if you are interested. Assembly and installation NOT included.
